Aerezo provides payroll processing, benefits administration, human resources management, and related workforce services. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerezo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
